Jeff joined the First Baptist family in May, 2003. He earned the Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University; the Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages degree fromSouthwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; and the Doctor of Ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Jeff is married to Sissie and they have three children: Will, John, and Kate.

Buck joined the First Baptist family in April, 2007. He earned the Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and the Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Buck is married to Melinda and they have two children, Micah and Graci-Mei.

Clayton is married to Holly and they have two children, Corban and Hannah.
